Insurance
- I accept most insurance, Medicaid, & EAP* (Employee Assistance Program) Plans for State of Montana employees and most companies.
- I'll submit your insurance form for you. At our first visit, we'll determine whether you have a co-pay.
- I don't send out monthly statements; all payments are due at the time of service. If you need a receipt for your payment, please request one.
NOTES:
*EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Plans: I'm an EAP Provider for many plans. If I'm not listed as a provider for your plan, please let me know and I'll contact your EAP to try to get signed up as one of their providers. Most EAP Plans allow a certain number of visits at no cost to you.
*Most insurance companies cover telehealth video and phone sessions similarly to in-person counseling. Contact your insurance company for details.
*Many health insurance plans don't provide marriage counseling benefits. Contact your insurance company for details.

Fees
Fees are due at the time of service which may include insurance co-pays and deductibles. Credit and debit cards (Visa Discover, or MasterCard), or personal checks are accepted. Sliding fee rates are available as well.
